Parks are weird. A mountain can have a awesome park, but build way to big of jumps. My example would be Mt. Snow. I went there twice this year. Both times I was there I could not get into the smaller parks. They were closed for comps or some other reason. The big park was awesome to look at, but there is no way i would ever hit any of those jumps.
In order to have the "Best Terrain Parks" a mountain needs to have several parks. They need the small one, for learning, a medium one for the people who want to hit jumps, but not kill themselves, and MAYBE have a massive park. I doubt that many people at the mountains are going to be hitting the 70ft gaps that MT Snow had(or at least I saw very few actually do it when i was there.
The best I went to this year was Stratton. They had all of the different sized parks, and they were in very good condition.
