big plans for Tenney

I'm skeptical, it's gone through a lot of owners/bankruptcy. Remember when it was renamed "The Overlook" for a year?
From the story:
A developer has plans to buy Tenney Mountain ski area and create a 120-unit hotel at a new base area.
The plan also calls for an 18-hole golf course, a recreation center, a 60-unit retirement community, a water park and extending a single-family condominium development
...the plans show that the developer wants to leave the existing base area as a mid-station lodge and build trails below, where the access road is now.

I got sent a letter last year to buy into a new company did not look like this. I like the place the people who work there are/ were wonderful. I just had a bad experience when I bought a pass a few year back. I wish them well.

I knew Tenney was doomed the minute they started making snow in July.
