Blowing snow at Belleayre

DAMN! I wish i knew this cold snap was coming. I would have set my schedule differently. It would be sweet to be skiing now.

Pics they show only have *1* gun running tho. I'm assuming they have more going, but when I saw the link to the pic on their site, I expected to see real guns blazing.

Covering up a big thin spot over there. The skiing has been pretty good this last 2 weeks. It's a great place to practice the bumps, most of the top runs where in good shape and all corned up.

I would think that it is more of a marketing ploy than anything else. They have plenty of snow to push around to cover any bare spots and if they were really going to make snow it would be done at night when the temps are not marginal.

I heard they had the budget left and decided to go for it.

Psyched.. I still have a few comps that I gotta use there..

Hmm....if they're still looking good next weekend, I may head there.

Just got back. Pretty much about 3" of pow over SOLID bulletproof. Skiable, but the moguls where solid ice, top ones where where still pretty big, middle ones where good. It would be great if it warmed up.

Skied today. It was awsome to be skiing in the snow on Easter. Some of the guns were still going.
