Winter and skiing that is. I officially put the mountain bike away yesterday, and today I finished all the yard clean-up. Garden beds all cut back, leaves gathered and thrown in the woods, lawn mowed for the final time, lawn chotski put away, decks fully cleared of furniture and whatnot. Most importantly I brought out the snowthrower and tucked the lawn tractor away in its place. I am officially 100% ready for winter! Bring it on.

so quickly and cruelly you turn to your winter mistress.

 I'll have less than a week lag between MTB and ski season. I'll be dropping skiing like a bad habit come late April.

The real Gnar will come soon enough.

They should have the first few turns on Downdraft headwall open. That has some pitch to it. I imagine they'll have Mouse Trap going for the weekend and that should be all bumped up.

I'm counting on the Thursday crew to ski in some lines for us. You should try to meet up with us on [thread="38079"]Friday[/thread], Geoff and BigK.
