Took Friday off and skiied Burke with a few friends from the Burlington area. I was hoping that there would be more powder around but it had been hit pretty hard on thursday. I got the lowdown before I evn started the day that a particular unmapped stash had been thrashed along with the new part that only a select few (aka me and the guy that told me) even knew about :-(
At any rate it was great to get into Birches and Jungle for the first time this year. The Jungle had seen less taffic and skiied great.
Took a "Super Foxes" run (Upper Fox's Folly, Fox's Folly, and Lower Fox's Folly) with only one stop at the end of the Double Black section. That got me breathing harder than any other run this year. I'll have to do that again next week if the snow holds up.
