A recent posting on NNEREN.com (a Realestate Listing Website) lists the following:

Nice parcel of land( 5.3 acres) with views and proximity to x-country trails, Kingdom Trails and future Burke Mt. expansion. This is old farm land that has grown up. Still some old apple trees left. Near Burke Mountain expansion. $249,500.

this parcel is on the Pinkham Rd, the 2005 Grand List value is $17,600. And so it begins.....

Sounds like the Ken Parr place. Nice land. Ridiculous price :roll: Not as bad as the piece of land that was across the road from the Base Lodge Road intersection--they wanted a ridiculous amount for that. It is really tough on the locals who live up there.
