E. BURKE, Vermont -- New this year, Burke Mountain is excited to announce that sledding will be included in evening activities during the winter season. Kids 5 and older can enjoy supervised sledding on the Carter Country Sledding Hill from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Saturdays and daily during holiday periods. Guests can sign up in the Guest Relations Office or at the Skier Services Desk, both located in the Sherburne Base Lodge. Helmet and sled rentals are available starting at 5:00 pm.
Also new this year, The Igloo Activity Room, located beside the Sherburne Base Lodge will be open from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Saturdays and daily during holiday periods. The Igloo will feature ping pong, video games, movies and other activities.
