You could apply that logic to a lot of expansions. DV isn't a good comp b/c we all know that's more about real estate. But Sundance, Ski Cooper, Monarch and a host of others are planning or recently completed expansions despite larger, snowier neighbors nearby. I'd imagine there has to be some marketing value of being the biggest ski area in MA by far. If they can deliver reliable skiing that's 30-60 minutes closer, not to mention much cheaper, than their competition in Southern/Central VT, that seems promising to me.Have to question the ROI in a major expansion like that at a Massachusetts ski area.
How much more market share will the development grab from the larger and snowier neighbors not far north?
IMO, a big question would be whether or not shifting climate cuts into their viable snowmaking hours too far (and whether or not they can expand simultaneous capacity enough that they can hit both new terrain and existing terrain during the windows they get).If they can deliver reliable skiing that's 30-60 minutes closer, not to mention much cheaper, than their competition in Southern/Central VT, that seems promising to me.
I believe some never got green cards because the required jobs were never created.whop whop
some investments are good some are bad. These people where buying green cards, so I'd say they won regardless of the financial side of things.
Well, at the risk of getting political, these folks can now pay Trump for that card.I believe some never got green cards because the required jobs were never created.
Was going to make the same comment, it’s all for sale now. Go nuts.Well, at the risk of getting political, these folks can now pay Trump for that card.

Hi Burke family,
It’s been a frenetic summer on the mountain: biking, repairing, rehabbing, fixing, moving, replacing, pointing, waving and just flat out doing.
Now the leaves are changing and we are officially among all the updates we will reveal to you over the next few months.
We are excited to start by showing off Burke's new logo; and while it's a design change on the surface, it represents something deeper about who we are and where we're headed.
Since 1956, Burke has been about more than skiing and riding. It's about families learning to ski together, BMA racers chasing their dreams, and locals who call this mountain home. Every logo has told part of that story. Our new one brings it all together with a nod to our history and a clear step forward.
The look is new, but the promise is the same. Skiing and riding as it should be. Honest, unpolished, and real. Whether it's your first day or 50th season, you're home here.
The Bear is back, and we're just getting started. Thanks for being part of what makes Burke, Burke.
See you on the mountain,
Jon Schaefer
So what do you think it needs?i'm not certain he knows what makes burke burke. seems to be overshadowing the other partners very quickly and just doing what they do instead of what burke does or needs. the more things change . . .
