A warm spring day is the time I like profile. Im still mad they took out the tbars and cut that swath. Such a wasted opportunity imo.
Certainly could’ve made for better skiing trails that way. Sugarloaf is considering cutting a similar ugly swath this summer by combining the old Whiffletree t-line and pole line trails. Trails that currently collect a ton of snow when the wind blows. Hoping they reconsider…

That is a very bad idea. Made me look at my Sugarloaf pictures and sure enough I recall that T line trail being very fun even though it's been at least 4 years since visiting the mountain.

Returned today and the snow surface was pretty dam good. And never a lift line, don't know if this was good for the bottom line. Lodge could use more seating upstairs. maybe another row of tables and some tables in the loft area? I don't know if fire codes occupancy limits would allow this.

It's been a good start to the week. A great experience is what we're after, first and foremost.

Re: Peabody, it's a known. Limited options right this moment that make a substantial difference. We're presently working on renovation plans for this and all other lodges.
