OK, if anyone wants to see some highlights from this past Saturday at Cannon, you can find them here: http://killingtonaccessrd.com/Cannon/cannon.wmv . This is an 18MB file and it took some doing to get it that small. I'll get a DVD together in the future and I'll be happy to mail it to anyone that wants a copy. May wait until after the Southern Outing. If I make it to that one, I can just combine the videos.

Excellent! Very nice work! I could even ID all the trails except the last one (Profile?).

Middle Ravine looked closed; where you there when they were holding the races on Turnpike?

I want to go PLAY!!!

Thanks, I believe the last trail was Avalance. Didn't see any races. And get out there and play already!

Orange dude is Bob. Silky smooth turns.

EDIT: whoops, made my comment before actually watching the video :dunce:
The orange stripe on Bob's jacket made a bigger impression in my memory than it actually is. Depending on the light Marc's red jacket looks orange.

Marc is the one in orange.
The other orange rocker is Peter Jim G's son.

Jim G is is the later part of the video in yellow.
Most of the earlier shots are ChileMass in yellow.
Roark was in black. Terry was in mostly blue. 3rd one going down in the beginning of video.

The CD will be nice. The clarity will be better. AndyZee did not want to do this due to the lack or clarity. I think it came out fine. I have seen and heard an AndyZee and V video. A great take. Thankx so much guys.

WHOA! That was intense! Great video and wished I had been there earlier to be a part of the fun.

Thanks for the skier key. ;) Nice turns, Marc! Bob R in silky smooth form as usual. JimG. - always a pleasure to watch. Everyone else looks good too. Looked like a great time. Thanks Andy!

Ya I was not sure about orange. Marc was more red, but he was doing tight turns and Andy was folloing him a bit.

I was kind of off green. I led the group on the 1st run.
Marc and I were side by side for a bit near the end of the video.
I did post a few picutures of us in the gallery.
Maybe that will clear up what we look like.
I have to go look for an orange guy know.
I always can tell a skier by the ski style not the coat.

That's a nice keepsake of the event...Thanks Andy!

Do keep in mind, I will do a DVD. That will just take some time. Overall it's about 40 minutes of footage. However, it could get kind of boring just watching people ski down the slopes over and over. I'll try to make it to the Southern outing and see what we get there, and then put the two together on a single DVD

My coat is red but looked orange in the natural light occasionally.

I was the only orange/red skier aside from Jim's son and there was one shot that had a dude in an orange coat but it is clearly orange and he's only in there for two or three turns.

Yeah, and that was me at the end of the vid falling asleep in the rat cellar, or whatever it's called. I think that was actually from before we got out there... I was tired because I awoke at friggen 4:15 that morning. So lay off!

Anyway. Nice vid Andy, thanks a bunch for taking the trouble. I approve of the sound track as well.

I'm fairly please with my form, my hands could stand to be up and more forward sometimes, but on what we were skiing it was easy to get lazy.

The Volkl's make the turns look easy though :dunce:

You are right about the part with you falling out being at the start of the day, just seemed to fit at the end better. I actually used a different tune for that section originally, Afroman's "Then I Got High" :)

It is always nice to see yourself ski, so that you can see where you need to improve. I need to get Vee to film me this year.

2001 MY P50 F1 Energy's

I kinda wish I had found a pair of the Motion's instead, the F1's are very heavy. But stiff, with great bite and a blast on stuff like we rode on at Cannon.

Anyway, I can't complain, I bought them new a year old and got a real good deal on them.
