i stayed at the hunter inn last week. Its nice. Nothing great but its good for a night or two. I just got a room with two beds. I think they have larger rooms for the whole family.

That's sort of far... I know I'm like 25 from Saugerties one way, and Belleayre is 20 from me the other (that's 45 from hotel), and Hunter is like 15 extra minutes. Whatever, sounds cheap enough.

Yeah but if he's in saugerties he can take 32 to 23a and be in hunter in way less time then it takes to get to belleayre from saugerties.....

Well I figure it's about 1/2 hour....HMI the cheapest room on the weekend is $165...if they have it....and I have 3 kids...so things add up, still, being 1 mile away is very nice....I should check for availabliy anyway...midweek rates are 1/2 of the weekend

Some people (good friend of mine) have seasonal rentals there but I think you can get a weekend stay there. Its a 2 minute drive to the mountain. At night you can watch the snow cats grooming. Nice place...
