Uconn---booooooooooo, and I really was begining to think that your a nice guy:razz:

BIGTIME great games between SU and the CON----really look forward to those contests.
Our OOC games are that great either but then again never really have been. It truly is all about whne the BIGEAST cranks up anyway. Pure excitement and the conference is really strong this year. Gonna be some awesome action for sure.

GO 'CUSE

lol, yeah i'm the enemy for sure. Actually, i follow and pull for all big east teams against non-conference teams and in the tourney. Big East went through a stretch for a few years where people said it was overrated, that the Atlantic 10 was catching up etc etc. Used to piss me off to no end. Syracuse got hosed last year for sure. Deserved to be in the tournament. Uconn on the other hand, well, they may be down for at least another year. This crop of players just doesnt appear to have it. Dyson is probably the best player they have and he would have trouble finding any playing time on some of Uconns past teams. Price is still fighting his way back from his troubles but probably will never be the guy they thought they recruited. Thabeet, great against the likes of Florida A&M and such, not so good against real teams. Adrien is a hard worker but at 6'5", he is severely undersized for a 4.

Agree Uconn today isn't the usual Uconn we consistently see year in and year out. You guys have the 2 best coach:spin: so I really think you'll be fine. One of Uconns issues has always been losing quality players to the NBA, but obviously that's a testament to good recruiting.

My boys did get a fine how do you do last year for sure. Real slap in the face for sure. Just seems as though the Big East never gets the respect I/we feel it deserves. Yeah sure the other conferences are strong and have some real powerhouses, but I truly believe from top to bottom the BE is the most competitive year in and year out. The one dude that drives my friggin nuts is that Irish lovin bastard Digger Phelps!!!! My pals and I ALWAYS go to the dome when ESPN's "College Game Day" is there just so we can boo the SOB.
Anyway, like you in the tourney I WILL ALWAYS ROUTE for BE teams over anyone else. Funny how I won't do that in football being a Giants fan

Devo out for the season---that stinks!!!! He was our staple when things got going a little crazy. Anyone know if he can red shirt for the rest of the year due to no conference play yet???

man how things change. Thabeet has been a monster lately and Price has turned into the player Calhoun thought he recruited. Da'Cuse has been devastated by injuries but still hanging in there. Its a mess in the big east outside of Georgetown. But they keep squeaking out wins. It'll catch up to them at some point.

We're heading into march madness and its wide open. I'm back into it now. It was painful to watch the huskies for a while so i sorta lost some interest. fair weather fan? spoiled maybe? I'll say the latter.
