condo/apt./room wanted - Mt. Snow area

I'm an athlete in training. Will be in Mt. Snow area in early July. Looking for a place to rent for 2 weeks within about 30 minutes or so driving from Mt. Snow. I would like to find a condo/apt./private room (with kitchen privileges) at about 2500 ft. elevation or higher. I would take excellent care of any property. If you have a place or have any ideas on how I might find such a place to rent, please let me know. Could also exchange for 1 BR house in Pasadena, CA Lyle

Places above 2500 feet are rare as you need act 250 approval on anything above 2500 feet (including logging) which with all the tree huggers around is next to imposible. In the Mount Snow area most housing is between 1000 and 2000 feet and some from 2000 to 2400
