Considering Killington this Friday the 16th

I'm considering going to Killington Friday the 16th. I've not been to Kmart since November and I miss the place.

Also, a really good band of a friend is playing at the Outback down there Friday night I think. The band name is Salad Days. I think may also be playing the Madhatter in Stowe on Thursday or something. They are also playing Higher Ground in Burlington later for a CD release party.

I saw this band when they played the Tavern in Waitsfield last season and it was a great show. A great band and the Outback is really a nice little place in Killington to get some great pizza and chill out. I'm personally tired of the Wobbly Barn myself.

More cold towards the middle to end of the week, but snow conditions should be great. I hope you're not hampered in any way, like I've been this season when I plan a Killington trip in advance. Out of the three days I had scheduled, something came up each time (usually bad weather) that didn't allow me to go... Take lots of pics!

I too may be making my way to K on Friday......depends on how much snow they really get

Let hope the wind doesn't blow it away. They are saying possible -35 wind chill on Wed.
