definitely think this weeekend will be peak up here. too bad the weather is junk. leaves started falling today. most colors aren't too bright either, nice colors but generally dull in the NEK. looks like the MWV may have faired better in the contrast department.

This is why I love New England! I love all of the seasons, except mud season! LOL No, actually, there's one thing I could definately do without...that's bugs! Specifically mosquitoes.

Still not as colorful as last year at this time in the White Mountains area. I was up there this past weekend and there was hardly any color at all on most trees there.

The color down here in N. CT is changing steadily, although the leaves are being knocked off the trees by the wind and rain almost as steadily as they are changing color.


Not so good for the foliage season down here.



That is a nice pic though. If only the current weather matched.
