It is kind of like moving in next to a pig farm then trying to close it down because it stinks.
So says SMELLYtele.Haha.
I think the blinds/shades were meant for the other end...you know inside the NIMBYs homes
They genarally re-groom the major runs at 9-10pm. Attendance jumps up from 9pm-1am then drops off. Only a few diehards at 3am.
The only lift line that I've seen was the night after "nemo" and even then it was short. Some nights can be a little nippy, others are primo. Depends upon the weather. Can be a real party attitude, especially after midnight. Bottom line, where else can you ride after 10pm in the east? Cotched!
Anyone ever ski there after 11 at night to experience what Crotched's Midnight Madness skiing is all about? I'm just curious how busy it is that late at night. I love skiing as much as the next guy, but I don't think I've had a desire to ski after 10PM since High School. I rarely have enjoyed night skiing at all outside of chance powder events in my life. Usually too damn cold and the snow surface scratched down to nothing.
