Just looked at my edges. Not so bad. Not so good, but they'll be fine. My bases are dry as a bone and have some nice gouges and scrapes. Perfect!

Wax on Wax off

I do most of my tuning at home and I have a nice little set up next to the fridge.
I'm spending a lot of time prepping our race skis for the season which means a lot of waxing, scraping and brushing. Thank god we don't have any kids we have way too many skis as it is.

Once I have the edges set I mainly keep after them with stones to keep the burrs off.

On my other skis I still try to keep them waxed all the time. They don't get damaged as easily that way and I spend as much time in the woods as possible (Not at Ski Sundown). I try to make sure my edges are always sharp but not burred. Keeps them skiing like they were new.
