Does anyone know the phone number to Dolly Copp campground and not the reservation number? Is it a pretty nice place to camp?

603-466-2713 If you don't find one, this is the number for the Ranger Station that covers that area. They might have local number information. Good Luck.

Try Barnes Field; not really sure if it's closer than Timberland, but it's a pretty nice campsite.

what is wrong with no showers? i dispise camp grounds with showers.

I want to have shower. What is wrong with camp ground showers anyway? Anyway I'm retarded because you can just go use the showers up at Pinkham notch, so not having showers at dolly cop really doesn't matter.

camp grounds with showers tend to attract a different type of hiker than areas without showers. people who need creature comforts enjoy showers at camp grounds. there is a huge differece, for example, between camping at a place like lafayette place vs. hancock or sugarloaf WMNF camp grounds. i much prefer WMNF campgrounds without any creature comforts outside of pump water and pit toilets.
