rib eye is my favorite. Coat with some seasalt and course pepper and grill. I have been very happy with the meats from Costco. They used to have a flank steak stuffed with portabella mushrooms that was fantastic, but don't have it any more.

Ribeyes are great. I like Delmonico's..hell, I'll eat tails, lol. Rule of thumb is the more marbling the better for taste and moistness.

I went to Wawa and got a steak sandwich..another good use of dead cows..I like steak sandwiches with pizza sauce and sauteed onions...the cheese whiz philly style is good as well..The roll makes all the difference...

I like the fancier steak sandwiches at Upscale restaurants served on garlic toast..mmm

just got home fom my butcher and we strated to talk about bussiness and sure he more poeple are coming in to his shop. i asked him what he thought it could be attributed to and he wasn't sure so we shot shit and this is what we came up with. americans are starting to mature as consumers and have realized if you want someting done right or you want the best you go to a specialist.
so after much debate i ended up with 2 t-bones that i will cook fr me and my pops. i think im goinb to go over to the Fishmonger and pick up some uncooked shrimp so i can make a bowl of spicey shrimp which is super simple. now i have to start a seafood thread.
