FREE KAYAK DEMONSTRATIONS

Every Tuesday June 1st through August 31.

Every Tuesday evening at 6 p.m. from June 1 through August 31, 2004
Expeditions will be offering free kayak demos (weather permitting).

Test the latest kayaks carried by Expeditions - Butternut's Outdoor Sports
Store. Expeditions storefront is located at 276 Main Street in Great
Barrington, MA. In addition to kayaks the store carries comfortable
clothing, specialty outdoor gear. New this summer, we're offering
professionally guided rock climbing and kayaking classes. Kayaks are also
available for day or weekend rentals.

Expeditions FREE Tuesday night demos take place at the Ski Butternut
snowmaking pond. The pond is located just off Route 23 along the right side
of the entrance road leading to the base of the ski area. The demo site is
less than a three mile drive from the Expeditions store.

All demo kayaks are outfitted with appropriate life vests and paddles. The
Ski Butternut pond offers a comfortable, scenic, flat-water experience that
is ideal for an introduction to kayaking. "By getting into a kayak you'll be
able to identify the right model for your needs, as well as experience the
fun and exhilaration the sport offers prior to making an investment. It
really does make a difference. So do a test drive" says PJ Hunt kayak
specialist.
