Yeah, i know you cant do anything about the weather and it is new england, but jeeezus. Enough is enough here. I could skimboard in my backyard right now.

If i didnt have my kids today, i would most definitely be drinking. heavily.

wonder if magic cancelled the black magic challenge today.

Yeah, it blows. Welcome to spring, I guess. Luckily it's still cool and under 40*F here. Hopefully the bases will hold up.

We where at 38.7F last hour but the temperature is now going up like a skyrocket and stands at 46.8F with heavy rain.

Honestly I am happy that the snow is gone from here after a three month visit. I can finally use the backout from my garage now that the pesky pile of snow in finally gone.

The locall skiing is surely taking a beating which is not good to see, but what can you do?

Temperature now at 55.2F at my house:blink:. We have yet to make 60F this year.

Weird. Still only 43*F here in NW CT. Sundown is still only reporting 38.6*F.

There is a warm front punching north through Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts
as well as Connecticut roughly east of the Connecticut River.

It's 41F in Hartford while it's 61F in Willimantic and 57.7F at my house with a torrential downpour.

Weatherunderground readings show central and northern Vermont to be at or slighly below freezing so I imagine there is alot of freezing rain falling.

I plan to hit the Housatonic next month with my son while the water is still up. I want to teach him how to paddle this year if we can avoid another drought.

Here we are a short 20 minutes later and the temp just jumped 11 degrees. WTF? The winds are bookin' out of the SSW now too. That's not a good mix for the base. Sundown temps are still in the high 30's at the moment.
