Fyi...CVS has 216ct triple strength on sale for $15 (normally $50) with CVS card.

nice.. i got 190ct (1500mg) @ costco for $23.. they had a higher count for a lower price but it was "mixed" with something different, i forget what.

Chondroiton? That's commonly mixed with it.

I got mine as a buy 1 get 1 free deal at Stop & Shop.

now that i'm home i can see the bottle:
glucosumine HCI 1500 mg
chondroitin sulfacte 1200 mg


the other one was with MSM:

The theory behind glucosamine supplementation is that it's providing the body with the building blocks necessary to repair damaged joint (articular) cartilage. Problem is-body has no ability to repair damaged articular cartilage.

Placebo effect. But sometimes that's all it takes.
