Go pro 3 update.. Software/app

Is it just me or is this thing really complicated to update.. I just tried thru my pc and it kept giving me security problems. I am illiterate wen it comes to computers but i can follow directions and it still wouldnt work. Feel like a failure lol

Did you download Cineform? I think you have to do it through that software.

I'm planning on picking up a GP3 this year. I use it for wedding videos and stuff too not just skiing the better low light performance for me is important.
