Oh...we've both passed through Wharfrat meetings on the way to the bathroom between sets, Doug. I know you got it. I just made that statement because I don't think this thread was going in the direction that Sheik intended it to.

cool... Like i said - I've dealt with it in my family... So seeing what it can do definately steers me aways from the possibility...
LAst weekend I play 4 sets of music with two bands from 7PM to 4AM and i had 2 beers and the rest water and Gatoraid...

Never during the day. After? Depends on whether or not I am "day-tripping." Faced with a long drive I do not have a drink. If I am staying near the mountain, I will have a beer or two. Although, I usually wait until I have cleaned up from the day, and am sitting at dinner.

I have skied really drunk once or twice but didn't like what I was doing- acting and doing stupid stuff. I will ski while having a couple of beers though. Good for you Shiek. I have a few friends who have been totally sober for a few years now. I am very proud of them!
