You guys are making me bitter that I didn't go up to SR this weekend... not that I should have with the head cold I'm currently fighting, but that's of little consolation.

If it makes you feel any better, our drive up Thurs. night really sucked! A trip that ussually takes just over 4 hours took over 6.5. The hill was dead on Friday, either becuase eveyone thought the sking would suck or no one wanted to risk the drive.

We were staying at the North Peak Condo's, less than 50 yards from the base of the North Peak Quad.

Camelback PA. - 9 out of 10. Surprisingly good conditions this weekend. Mornings were great paticularly The Nile Mile. Crowds were below normal so conditions stayed really good longer then normal. They blew snow both nights on Margies and did not groom so the moguls Sunday were great. The mountain was blowing snow on several trails which looked almost ready to go. As soon as the cold comes back there should be a significant increase in terrain. Expecting almost 75% to be open soon.

The np chair had issues on Sunday. Made getting around tough. Friday nigths ride up was faster than normal. Many folks just bailed. I think every one is sick has been sick recently, or will be sick soon. Lots of people fighting it.

Don't say that! I haven't been that sick yet. Maybe I just got off easy. Hope there is not more coming.
