Trip Report: So after being pissed that I couldn't make it up over the weekend, I settled in for sloppy seconds today at the Mighty G. This was the first time up to the summit this year, and it felt good to be back up top. Pulling in around 10am, the mountain was empty except the retiree crew and a few locals getting their turns in. Got on the hill by 10:30 and skied til about 2:30... Man it was blowing, and temps were dropping. It was the low 20's on the base and had to be no higher than 15 up the top. Snow was packed powdery goodness, although getting blown off towards 2ish. Took several runs up top, made one lap around pistol, then to smith and to finish the day hit my nemesis tiger the first time since my accident last year. All in all, was very good!
