Glad to hear. I think I'll be at Ragged on Monday - hopefully they'll have a similar story in regards to the conditions.

Sorry Morwax, we were opening trails as soon as we could get a groomer on them. Our plan is to groom the entire mountain when temps drop tonight. We are not saving anything for the weekend, just taking the time to make sure they are right.

The closed trails looked like they were groomed before the rain.. very smooth and buttery looking

gotta love butter.......we are sure they are smooth, but probably very, very, very soft. 27 degrees tonight, it should set up well.

Just time and grooming. Always tough the first day of cold after a rainstorm. Got cold last night, and the first groom after a Cats are pushing the snow out, should get better each day. We will push the snow to cover the bare spots. only 8 nights left for night skiing! Closing day is scheduled for april 7.
