A friend and I hit Gunstock on Saturday. We got a decent deal on Liftopia. He is just returning to skiing so Gunstock was a nice place for him since nothing was very difficult. I had not been to Gunstock in a few years so it was nice to get back. Warm temps and blue skies made for a classic spring conditions. Trails with a deep base skied nice but you can definitely tell spring is taking its toll. Very short lift lines and no lines if you were not on the main quad. We had a lot of fun. I have the second week in April off. Depending on weather and conditions I may hit Jay or Sugarloaf. If it is not worth the trip north Saturday was a nice relaxed day to end the season.
