I don't believe their claim about daily or simultaneous visitors.

Someone so needs to ask a live rep there if they can handle a battle between the C.L.I.T.S. and the A.N.U.S. Now that would be a true test of one's customer service ability!

ah, yes. I have a seeing eye dog. Can he ski with me? How do you accommodate water skiers?

Strange how I can laugh and joke about this and yet next summer i'll be ripshit over people who call the shop and ask if we're open, if we rent bikes (after dialing the rental shop extension), if we fix bikes, and what our hours are. After I explain our hours are 9-6 7 days a week, I have to explain that the seven days a week includes saturday and sunday.

it was active yesterday but it took about 10 minutes for me to actually get someone. And the "live" box never went away. Annoying.
