I went to get lunch a short while ago here in suburban Armonk, NY. As I was waiting for my food, a young woman came in wearing a perky tennis skirt. She was all smiles and happiness. Babbling sweetly on the cell phone, bragging about having played 3 "awesome" sets in this simply delightful weather. Oh boy was she thrilled, and she was spreading her joy. The lovely weather! Don't you love the great weather?

I struggled to stand still and not kill her. I wanted her dead, dead, dead. I envisioned her blue face as my hands clutched her throat after she swallowed that cell phone.

The weather is really getting to me.

Those sun-worshipping fools...

...we'll get our comeupance

I'd just be annoyed because I'm at work while she's swinging rackets with Betsy at the club

I wonder if hearing her say "don't you just love global warming" as she walked out to her Hummer would have put you over the edge...:uzi:

don't give in jim, just smile and agree, remind them the only thing better is skiing when it is this nice out, usually we have to wait until march for days like this, it is great

the weather is ridiculous, but the skin up burke tonight will be the warmest ever in january

come on - its the east - dealing with crap is what we are used to

i think everyone needs to suck it up - go out and ski/ride - and set the bar - when it starts this low it can only better - i know i am grateful for not having to do laps on the jet anymore and for having top to bottom runs at burke

My wife and I where driving past the Vernon Ski & Scuba store and my wife said, hey honey right now you can do both sports in the same spot.

Ha Ha Ha, not:evil:

Perhaps, snow gods willing, that lady will not see her tennis court again until April:spin:

Perhaps, snow gods willing, that lady will not see her tennis court again until April

Easy Jim. There are no ski slopes in jail. Anyone that insensitive to our need for snow is not worth killing. Take a Jet Blue "Redeye" to SLC. They have a terrific base going out there (around 50" - 60"). And, they are in a pattern for continuous additional snow over the next few weeks. Write me and I can give you some suggestions to save you some $$.

The skiing up here at the Bush has been pretty good, considering. Making snow every night and everyday and increasing the terrain as well. Ma nature has even visited several times. We even made snow yesterday afternoon. Please come on up and get cured. Might have to wait until Sunday if ya havn't made it up by today tho. Here are some vid's. No stinkin outdoor tennis or golf here.

I wonder if Greg is going to change the colors to spring with the tepms approaching 70 on Sat. Yes I'm still going skiing in the NCP. Thank goodness there is playoff fottball to ease the pain. Just another May ski weekend coming.
