My lower back issues are caused by tight hamstrings. The seasons that I bike more the worse my back gets in the fall. Crazy I am in better shape those years but then my back hurts and I have to shut it down for a few weeks. Less issues when I am fat and out of shape
Ya I here you there Smelly. I still bike year round and I used to have issues with knee alignment and back. I had to do a very structured regime of hami and calf work to balance out my leg because my quads were so strong they were pulling my body out of alignment. Now I need to start work on my core and shoulders to get rid of that pain.

100% notice a difference when I stack on a post ride stretch class after I do a Peloton cycling class(es) - defintely is now a part of my post ride cool down process
The Peloton app has mobility classes I recently noticed. Haven't tried yet but put a few in my queue. That could help with my issues also.
