3-0!

Stellar catch by Amani Toomer. Just wish that they did not have to go into OT, but in the end, a win is a win.

And I was glad to see the Pats lose at home yesterday....

Fans were leaving at the start of the 4th quarter.

Now I WAS a fan of BOTH the Pats and Giants (the latter all my life), but the Pats are just too arrogant now.

my mom was a huge giant fan. when we were young, before one superbowl game my sister walks into the room and calmly said, listen everybody i am very sorry to have to tell you all this but the game has been canceled due to lack of interest. for like two seconds everyone was dead silient untill everybody started laughing uncontrolably. one of the funniest moments in our house.

Live vs. TV NFL games.

First off Warp, you'll have a great time, because one thing that the NFL does really well is put on a great, entertaining show (if not on the field some days, atleast in the stands and parking lots ;) )

A couple of things you'll likely find out:
1) Atleast at the beginning of a game, and in just about any crucial down throughout the game, its LOUD in the stadium
2) TV just doesn't do justice to how big AND fast the players are
3) There's just about as much entertainment in the stands as on the field during a game (especially if you have a few folks wearing the visiting teams jersey's sitting near you)
4) and unfortunately, TV TIMEOUTS SUCK

One thing that I don't agree with though is the fact that the fans of other teams are actually happy that Brady went down. IMO that's Bullcrap... noone hould be happy that any player gets hurt...
I'd much rather have seen him get a bad streak of luck and just suck bawlz on the field then actually get hurt... The worst part about it is, a lot of them that seemed happy about the whole thing it doesn't affect them. Eagles fansn Giants fans, etc.. Why do they even care what kind of record an AFC team has? It's not going to even affect them until at least Feb. and by that point they better be worried about having their shit ingear and not worried the other team across from them..

Nothing like a little NFC pesimissiom at the START of a season ;) Doesn't bode well for long term psyche of the team is the feel that they can't beat someone unless thay don't have a particular player.

That's actually what Belicheck does better then just about any coach out there is get his entire team to fully believe that it takes an entire team to win a game, not just 1 player.

No pessimissom here... I'm an Eagles and Bengals fan... I'm a realist...

When have the Bengals done good?? The two years they made the big game.....lol

When has McNabb actually finished a season without getting hurt....lol

I expect the least and hope for the best... So far the Birds are kicking ass...
So far the bengals well.... they haven't quit yet....
