Resort or Ski Area: Hunter Mountain

Conditions: Firm and sunny

Trip Report: Here's some pics of Hunter from Sunday. Met up with Justo and Rose from the PASR Blue Crew and had a great day in the sun skiing with them. Hunter is a fun mountain, especially in the spring. Lift lines were manageable and the snow was pretty nice. There were some random rocks sticking out of the surface you gotta watch out for though.

Inside the top lodge is pretty interesting. Feels like a missle silo.

What's the latest that Hunter has stayed open?

May... But that won't happen these days..
I suspect they will be open next week if there's enough buzz.. Pond skimming was postponed until next week cause of the storm...

There's still a S-load of snow.. It's mid winter..

Not much snow left between trails or in the valley ehh? The on trail snow looks great.

We actually hiked a couple times into the ravines adjoining the ski area. Snow lays deep there. Runout was dicey but the snow was great.
