Sunny and Cold 20 degrees

The Hunter snowmaking machine was in full force. I don't know if its the biggest, but it is the fastest. Starting last night every trail except Wayout received a coating. Minya was great bumps! East Side powder, Eisenhower, Broadway, Kennedy all beautiful powder. No crowds. Guns are now running on Milk Way, Clairs and the Cliff.

The new lift on the West Side is amazing. The in run is funky however. The lift makes for incredible numbers of runs between both sides of the mountain.

No other Catskill Mountain can compare!

No crowds.

Go Giants!

Encouraging. THanks for the update. My brother and nephews are coming from Texas and we usually get a day in whoile they're here for the Holidays. I was afraid it wouldn't be worth going. I'm thinking mid week ought to be in decent shape.

I learned that today. Until they get more Base, that last bit is uphill, you have to let them run or you're walking.

My 9 year old learned too. I think it will be easier when they finally blow snow on the old cutover from Clairs to Y-lift.

Was there Fri-Sat. Conditions were very good. Snowmaking in top gear.

Returning Mon-Wed and at least 2 other days next week.

The uphill slog is..what it is..has to fill in..don't like the view from the chair though..nothing but an empty westway.
