I just wanted to let you know that "your pictures are worth a thousand words." When looking at them I had a range of emotions from the top of a run on the ski slope(exhilarating) to the warmth and love of your relationship with your parents(hope I'm not assuming too much,) to the sadness of what looks like a WWII photo of "burned out" Europe.
I miss the joys of skiing but have left those behind for a good game of golf. They both offer a quiet calm early in the morning and a convening with nature. The photo of what I believe to be Europe, well, I have one my father returned with from "burned out" Cologne, Germany. Lastly, your beautiful pictures with your parents who must be very special to you. If they are still alive, just remember that they should be cherished everyday.

It does seem like you are gregarious and know the world but your pictures do tell that you are a caring, sensitive person!

I have a feeling that if it weren't for the leading guy with the mustache in Germany....with his brand of dis-information and band of henchmen....pitting every German against most everyone else, lots of dead European and American servicemen....and civilians..Jewish and non, many would've had no problems in making friends with those from Germany at the time. Hitler wanted every single civilian pick up a gun and die for him....if possible....hard to talk with people like him..

My young granddad was a P-51 mechanic...and had no personal vengence against the German people, just the idiots making the decisions over there. Used to voice a lot of admiration for German engineering.

Wouldn't it be more effective to, I dont' know, send them a reply email with the text in it? I mean, hoping she reads a post on a forum she doens't go to is really counting on divine providence or something a bit much, isn't it?

Whatever works for you, and all that, just think it's a bit of a stretch.

I'm not sure what the issue is, but if there is a problem, the mods generally extend the courtesy of discussing it in private with another member to be respectful. I'm not sure what you mean by bullying, but you can always speak to Greg or other Mods about your concerns if there are any.
