Ice is pretty bad at my office in Marlborough Mass. Seems that from Acton and west it iced up good. All the small towns between Acton and I 495 are without power. Had to re-route due to closed road. Drove over lots of small branches, and around downed wires. My office is like an oasis, power, net, heat, everyone else is out. Schools closed.. Big limb (1 foot diameter+) are crashing down. They sound like thunder. One went down across the road about 1 minute after I drove past it.

Alot of seacoast NH lost power in the middle of the night. Managed to leave at 5 to go to Sunday River. Talked to my dad in Durham, ME and he lost power right around 6am. Got to Sunday River and it was raining up there.....

Now I'm at my GF's house in N. Conway hoping this turns to snow to do some turns in the afternoon at Cranmore. Too wimpy to ski in the rain.

Out of nowhere the sun started blazing in N. Conway around noon and it was warm out. Got myself together to go ski April conditions at Cranmore and the mountain had closed due to lack of interest. Still sunny here. This has been the weirdest day.

Lucked out where I am, it pretty much went from snow right to rain, but I have heard plenty of stories north and south that it went to ice. In Berlin, NH they got 4 inches of snow and then inch and a half of ice!

Loon had an okay crowd, but, they only had the gondola running. North Peak was a bit frozen
