Some of you may remember me from a few years back (former handle of llamborghinii), I've posted on and off for a few years.

I was in the Marines but I'm now OUT after 5 long years and now living on the east coast again.

Looking forward to future ski trips!

I just saw you post in another thread and was thinking you sounded (and looked) a lot like llamborghini.

Congrats on the discharge and welcome back!

Getting out of the military at 21 was probably the best day of my life! This is your time, enjoy your freedom and thanks for protecting ours!

The funny this is, the battalion found out I was an experienced skier, and offered me a position as a cold weather survival and ski instructor in bridgeport, california if I re-enlisted, which was only an hour away from mammoth ski area, but I still decided to get out anyways

Westchester County, NY and a Mountain near you!
Very well done!

Did you get to ski at all while in the service? Did you get the lodge the Army owns in Germany to ski?

The only thing I would have thought is especially after serving overseas is that after being llamborghinii, you would have come back as Mmaseratii or Fferraii...something a bit more flashy than skinewhere. ;)

Think snow, welcome home!
