Something needs to be done about this jem of a resort. read this (http://savesquawski.blogspot.com/2007/07/first-post-to-save-big-squaw-ski-resort.html) and discuss. How about calling up Bob Fries, the mountain doctor. Who has fixed up bolton and ragged?

Agree with ya' Bob,
I really don't have any idea what kind of guy the owner is...kinda get the impression he wants to put in $.01 of work to make it runnable, sit back on his fat butt, and then sell it for billions.
$.01...maybe wayyyyyy off base with that opinion...

From what I understand, the guy is just holding onto it hoping the Plum Creek development on Moosehead will go ahead and he can sell for a lot more money.

There was an article about plum creek in the portland herald last weekend. There are a couple of public hearings coming up in a couple weeks.
