All you need to do, is grab an IRC Client (Example: mIRC) and enter: [Removed by Greg]

Thats All! The first 10 people will have a chance to be an IRC Operator for the network.

Sorry, I'm trying to find a way to advertise my IRC Server, because i just bought the shell, and now have no way to advertise it. I figured if i go to forums and get the word out, it might work that way. But i guess i might have to find another way.
