Ok if you had Florida by 27 please speak up now. I know the underdog role blah blah blah but cmon this kinda stuff and this kinda score should not happen, not to mention the other 8 or so games everybody thought were locks in the bowls this year, something seems fishy to me.

It's not fixed, the ranking system is just idiotic. The spread is another matter, its hard to gauge because of the matchups.

The regular season means nothing when one team hasn't played for 7 weeks and the other for 5 weeks. If you bet on this game you're a sucker for that reason.

Ohio State lost partly because they hadn't played a game in almost 2 months! They may as well have waited until the start of next season to play this dumb game.

A ridiculous "playoff" system.

Why would you say it's fixed? Lets look at a few facts

OSU played a weak schedule.
They just barely beat Michigan (#3 final bcs poll) who got spanked by USC in rose bowl and played no one else in the final BCS poll. Yes they did beat a 10-3 texas early in the year and a decent 9-4 penn state

Florida Beat #4 LSU, #12 Arkansas, a 9-4 Tenn, a 9-4 Georgia, and a 8-5 Kentucky with a loss to #9 Auburn. Yes they did play a couple of cupcakes also

You can make an aurgument that OSU wasn't the best team in the big ten at the end of the season, that Wisconson was, but without a league playoff we won't know.

Florida played alot of teams with a very good and fast offense (Auburn, Tenn, LSU, Kentucky) and Defense (Ark, LSU, Auburn, Georgia) and were ready for OSU. It didn't look like OSU was ready for a spread offense or florida's defense. Take away that opening kickoff return and your looking at a 41-7 spanking.

Yeah troy smith had was sacked more times than he completed passes. 5 sacks 4 completed passes. 82 overall yards for the team. What i don't understand is OSU has the hiesman winning QB and he only attempts 14 passes all game kind of shitty play calling if you ask me.

I agree that having over 50days off might make you a little rusty, but if you cant get up for this game then i dunno maybe you shouldnt be playing at all. At least i got to see the end of the Boise game, that was the best finish ive ever seen.

The old Sports Illustrated cover jinx factor. Can't rule that one out by any means! Now I just hope it has the same effect on Ladanian Tomlinson for this weeks game ;)

The BCS Championship never happened. Ohio never lost and thats final. The entire game on TV was rigged, compiled images from past matchups then computer edited. Ohio #1 Undefeated 2006.

Go Bucks

F Michigan, Ann Arbor is a Wh***

yeah, im still in shock. wish I was in Columbus to flip a few cars in anger.

NOTE: The above is not profane. That is what I was chanting along with hundreds of thousands of others back in november. I even have a tee shirt with the same exact phrase.
