Guess the folks in the south are seeing ice form on their ponds and snowflakes in Orlando. Apparently two teens from Atlanta fell through the ice and died.
They probably had no clue how thick the ice needs to be to support their weight.

I thought when it got that cold, everyone down south just stayed inside. They probably had only seen ice in their drinks before that. Next thing you know, they'll be buying snow machines. :roll:

That is terrible. I heard a couple of sledders took a dive into a pond/lake in SoNH recently which resulted in a few deaths. You just don't screw around with ice until it is bomber solid.
