i am in Hanover Square facing water street. funny as it sounds, but there are some weird wind drafts we see here sometimes coming up the river from the ocean side.

Funny. We walked to the grocery store (maybe 2/3 of a mile away) and when we came out, I couldn't believe it was flurrying! I guess it's better than walking in the rain though.
