It was unreal this weekend, you would be barrelling through the woods, think you are coming up on a knob or big bump, braces your self, come to find out you were blowing through waste to chest deep pillows of snow. Sweet.

Its been mind-boggling... I've been here since monday (leaving on sat), and monday and tuesday were like nothing i've ever seen. Word is they had over 4 feet out of the past storm cycle. There have been lift issues - flyer hasn't run all week (although word is it will be up on Thurs, just in time for a few more inches of fresh snow), and the tram just got going wedn. afternoon. The advantage was that you could get fresh goods on many of the runs normally accessed from the flyer or the tram with only a little hiking.
