Got there late as I overslept and remarkably my friends waited for me. Was supposted to meet up at 6:00 and I woke up when they called looking for me at 6:10. D'ooh!
After a series of delays we didn't get on snow until 11:30, but skied until close. It was well worth it though. Uncrowded with 6" on Wednesday another 6" Wednesday night and snowd moderately throughout the day Thursday to produce another 6". Gotta like when your first run is just as fresh as your last run. Everything skied well and the place is ready to roll.

First Run. Beaver pond:

Andre's Paradise. Looks like this used to be called beyond bever pond glade. I provided entertainment for all in route to the glade as I tried to ski a mogul zipperline on poma line. Yeah, skiing bumps on skis 125mm under foot is quite comical as one would expect

Temps dropped as the day wore on so I wasn't into taking lots of pics and freezing my hand

WOW, what a difference a week makes......looks like a day to remember.

Yeah they renamed Beyond Beaver Pond a couple of years ago for a long time Jay Peak patroller I think who passed away. Or it could have been a regular employee, don't quite remember.
