I might head up to Jay Peak for the day sometime next week while I'm staying in Stowe. Are there any good deals available??? Lift ticket discounts? Are they still giving a discount with a season pass from another area?

Yes, bring your blue pass w/ you. I think you can get a ticket for $40. There are also tons of 2 for 1 deals out there.

Last year the Subway on rt 108 in Stowe had 2 for 1 coupons for Jay. And as Cape Cod Skier said you will get a discount with your pass.

Thanks..maybe the 2 for 1 would work if I could find somebody to use it with..I'm staying right next to the Subway on 108..

Yeah most of my ski trips are solo..but I always find lots of impromptu skiing and drinking buddies..

I hear ya. I don't think twice about heading up by myself. I've met a lot of cool people that way. This last trip, for example I met two guys at the Midway lot. We met up a few hours later and we spent the rest of the day in the woods....that doesn't sound so good, but you know what I mean. When are you going again? Don't forget pickwicks for their fine beer, btw.

I booked five nights in Stowe from Sunday-Thursday nights..so I'm skiing Monday through Friday..and maybe staying for the weekend depending on the weather and how I feel. It's been two months since I skied Jackson Hole and I'm itching to ski some more challenging terrain. I'll have to try out pickwicks..Pie-Casso, The Shed, and the Sunset Grille are my usually haunts. Look for daily updates from my trip in the TR forum..
