The property management owns about half of the units, the rest are owned by individuals, mostly young couples who then in turn rent them out. They're not officially HUD, but it is apparent that some of the renters do receive assistance.

Part of life is trying to be a good neighbor and some folks just need a bit more help than others. That's what makes a community work.

hell yeah you have to enjoy everyday and not work to much..
