Took my son up to k-mart on wednesday and it was fabulous. blue sky in the 20's and the snow conditions on trails with snowmaking was perfect. with no lift lines in sight we had a great day. We skied pretty much on end to the other, starting at the gondola base, making 4 runs on bear (devils fiddle was closed), moving over to sky lark and ovation then up to the peak hitting cascade and then the big dipper glades (a few bones), lunch at the summit (they need more/bigger windows) a couple runs in the glades then over to snowdon for conclussion and great bear and over to rams head for there meger terrien park (my son's request), then back accross for another conclussion and up the peak for another cascade and down jug handle to vertigo and the fusion zone under the needles eye chair(a little bony but a lot of fun) a couple of cruisers on the upper gondola and the run down great eastern with the plunge to the gondola base. The plunge skied alot better then it looked from the lift.
