Killington still has a solid base on the trails still open.they closed quite a bit in the last week I'm told.Stayed mostly on the trails off the gondola and the triple imm to the left at the base.thurs was more like winter, kinda hard& crunchy at the top but covered withwhat I would call pp.bottom softened later in the day but not that much.Sugarbush friday started great.stayed mostly by the heavens gate lift, maybe 4 lifts open total. We all agreed we liked the trails at Sugarbush better, just a subjective feeling. It was warmer and def softertoward the afternoon..the bottom was a bit slushy but not bad by any means.I'd say Killington has the better coverage, if I was to go next week i'd pick killington.the bush had more bare spots w/o a doubt.overall a great end of season trip for me ,way better than I had hoped for considering march weather.thanks for the tips beforehand too.stayed at the golden lion near sb access road only78 bucks w/hot breakfeast.not fancy by any means but fine for 1 night.
