Sammy, how'd you make out? I was there yesterday and the cold was never really a problem. No crowds and tons of fresh. Can't ask for any better than that!

It was a pretty good day today. I met up with madmadworld. The snow was good most everywhere - I felt the best was in the needle's eye area. We skied panic button a number of times. It had the best snow, and it was fairly well bumped up. Nothing in the way of winds, so it wasn't too uncomfortable. We waited for maybe 15 minutes for the gondola, but I don't think we waited much more than 5 for anything else. The lines weren't near as bad as I expected for a Saturday. If only you Friday skiers would have saved some fresh for us...!

I usually don't get out mid week before the new year as I'm always out of vacation time. My boss let me work 10 hour shifts Mon -Thurs so I could take Friday off so it was a nice treat. After Jan 1, when my vacation time renews, all bets are off. If it's snowing, I'm going! Glad to hear you had a good day!

I agree. Thanks again for sharing your 2fer. I think Cruise Control will be really nice tomorrow after all the snowmaking and new stuff. Needle's Eye was definitely the place to be!

Too bad I could not make a few turns with you guys! Seems like we were on opposite sides of K town all day! Superstar definitely had a couple of dicey spots but we liked the needles eye area! We were all over the place!

Sure thing! Cruise control would have been repeating a few times if not for the guns.

Oh well.... I think I plan to ski another day or 2 this season so I'm sure we can try again. You'll have to give me a heads up when you go to Pats.
