Area Skied: Killington
Surface Conditions: Groomed/MM/Soft Bumps

Great weekend at Killington. Saturday was one of the best days of the season so far, and there have been plenty of good ones. It started cold, didn't check, but temps couldn't have been more then single digits. We started our day Ramshead, skied down header which was nicely groomed, great run for a warm up. The across to Snowshead and across to the Needles area, a bit warmer on this side of the mountain. Did a nice quick run down Panic button and then tried Vertigo for the first time. This run was sweet, big bumps of fresh soft snow all the way down. The only thing I didn't like is snow guns going down at the bottom. Some other runs we did through out the day, Superstar, a bit scratchy. East Fall, lower part was also a bit scratch. Outer Limits, scratch, but definetly edgable. And we ended the day on Double Dipper, which had huge soft bumps.

Sunday we only skied til about 11:30, did Outer Limits, East Fall, Rime, Reason, and Superstar among others. Sunday wasn't as sunny as Saturday, also wasn't as cold or crowded. Over all it was a great weekend of skiing. Got the old ski legs back after skiing a full week last week. The only thing that sucked was the fact that I forgot my camera and Saturday was a great day for pics.
